Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Maria Yuryevna Ermilova, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and sets out the terms of distance retail sales of goods through the SHAULA online store located at https://shaula-shop.ru.

The Buyer is a legally capable individual purchasing goods for personal, family, household, and other needs unrelated to business activities.

Relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, and the current Rules for the Sale of Goods under a Retail Sale Contract.

As of the date of this version, the order placement and payment functionality on the website is temporarily disabled. While the website expressly states that online orders are unavailable, the goods displayed are presented for information purposes. This offer applies to orders after the order placement functionality is enabled.

The email address is used for Buyer enquiries, questions about orders and returns, and submission of claims.

3. Product information

The name, images, price, key consumer properties, specifications, and other information about a particular product are provided on that product’s page.

Before entering into a contract, the Buyer is given an opportunity to review information about the product, its price, purchase terms, payment and delivery procedures, and other information required under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Where the law requires mandatory confirmation of conformity for a product, information about such confirmation is provided in accordance with the procedure established by law.

4. Product price

Prices on the website are stated in Russian roubles.

The price of a particular product is the price displayed on the product page and during checkout.

Where delivery is charged separately, its cost is communicated to the Buyer before checkout is completed.

The Seller may change product prices before the contract is concluded. A unilateral price change after the contract is concluded is not permitted for an order already placed, except where expressly provided by law.

5. Placing an order and concluding the contract

After online ordering is enabled, the Buyer selects a product, its quantity, and other available parameters, provides the information required to fulfil the order, and confirms the order.

Submission of a completed order constitutes the Buyer’s communication of their intention to enter into a retail sale contract under this offer and the information presented during checkout.

After receiving the order, the Seller provides the Buyer with confirmation that the contract has been concluded, containing the order number or another identifier that enables the Buyer to obtain information about the order and its terms.

The time at which the contract is concluded is determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the actual method of placing and paying for the order.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed to the Buyer during checkout.

The Buyer selects one of the available payment methods before confirming the order.

After the payment service is connected, payments are processed through the connected payment provider.

The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer’s full bank card details where those details are processed by the payment provider.

Where required by law, an electronic cash-register receipt is provided to the Buyer.

7. Delivery

Delivery methods available for a particular order, the delivery area, cost, and other material terms are displayed to the Buyer during checkout or communicated before the contract is concluded.

The delivery period is determined with regard to the selected delivery method and is communicated to the Buyer during checkout or after the order is placed in the manner prescribed by law.

The goods are transferred to the Buyer at the address specified by the Buyer or by another selected delivery method.

8. Refusal and returns

The Buyer may refuse the goods at any time before they are transferred.

After goods of satisfactory quality are transferred, the Buyer may refuse them within seven days, subject to the conditions established by law.

If written information about the procedure and time limits for returning goods of satisfactory quality was not provided at the time of delivery, the refusal period may be three months from the date the goods were transferred.

To return goods of satisfactory quality, their merchantable appearance and consumer properties must be preserved.

The absence of a purchase document does not in itself prevent the Buyer from proving the purchase by other means.

If the Buyer refuses the goods, the Seller refunds the amount paid within the period established by law, except for the Seller’s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the Buyer where the law permits those expenses to be borne by the Buyer.

The rules and consequences for returning defective goods are determined by the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Claims and enquiries

The Buyer may submit a claim or other enquiry in free form by email at:

If a claim relates to a particular order, it is recommended to provide the order number and the contact details used when placing it.

When requesting a refund, the Buyer provides the information required to identify the order and process the refund in accordance with the law.

Submitting a claim by email does not restrict the Buyer’s right to use other means of protecting their rights provided by law.

10. Personal data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the SHAULA website.

The Seller processes only the personal data required for the relevant website functions, placement and fulfilment of orders, handling of enquiries, and performance of obligations established by law.

11. Liability

The Seller and the Buyer are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

No provision of this offer may be interpreted as restricting consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12. Final provisions

The current version of this offer is published at shaula-shop.ru.

Amendments to the offer apply to relations arising after the new version is published, unless otherwise provided by law.

Relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
