The SHAULA online store is at the technical launch stage.

Order placement and delivery of goods through shaula-shop.ru are currently temporarily unavailable. The catalogue is open for information purposes.

Delivery methods

After real sales are launched, the available delivery methods will be shown to the Buyer during checkout.

The available delivery methods may depend on the locality, the contents of the order, and the delivery service’s capabilities.

The Buyer will be able to select only a delivery method that is actually available for the particular order.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost will be calculated and shown to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

If delivery is provided free of charge subject to certain conditions, those conditions will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery time

The available or estimated delivery time is communicated to the Buyer before checkout is completed or as part of the information about the order placed.

The actual time may depend on the selected delivery method, the region, and the operation of the delivery service.

Receiving an order

For delivery to an address, the order is transferred to the Buyer or another person who can confirm their right to receive the order in the manner prescribed by law and by the selected delivery method.

On receipt, it is recommended to check that the packaging is intact and that the quantity of goods received corresponds to the order.

If visible damage to the packaging or other delivery problems are discovered on receipt, it is recommended to document them by an available method and contact SHAULA.

Repeat delivery

If delivery was made within the agreed period but the order could not be transferred for reasons attributable to the Buyer, the terms and timing of repeat delivery are agreed separately with regard to the selected delivery method.
