Payment

The SHAULA online store is at the technical launch stage.

Placing and paying for orders through the website is currently temporarily unavailable. The product catalogue is open for information purposes, but purchases cannot yet be completed through shaula-shop.ru.

How payment will work

After the online store is enabled for real sales, the available payment methods will be shown to the Buyer during checkout before the order is confirmed.

The Buyer will be able to select only a payment method that is actually available for the particular order.

Payment will be processed through a connected payment operator. SHAULA will not independently receive or store Buyers’ full bank card details where they are processed in the payment operator’s secure environment.

Cash-register receipt

After real sales are launched, the Buyer will be provided with a cash-register receipt when payment is made, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

An electronic receipt will be sent using the contact details provided by the Buyer during checkout where this method is provided for by the applicable payment arrangement.

Order cost

Before confirming the order, the Buyer will be shown the cost of the selected goods, the delivery cost where charged separately, and the total order amount.

Refunds

Where grounds exist for returning goods or funds, the return or refund is made in accordance with the procedure and time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
